- 6 oz green or purple beans, chopped
- 3T hummus
- 1t lemon juice
- 1 sprig parsley and oregano, minced
- 3 ounces romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
